Living Intentions ships Monday through Friday from our San Francisco warehouse. Orders of 3.5 oz packages, typically ship 1-3 business days after receipt. Bulk orders may ship up to 7-10 business days after receipt since we do not always keep these in stock. Please account for this timeframe to ensure you receive your products by your desired date.Standard Delivery
We ship all products using UPS ground. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, so please consider any transit time offered to you as only an estimate. After orders are shipped, deliveries take 2-3 business days to the West Coast, 3-4 business days to the Midwest and 5-6 business days to the East Coast. Your UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email the day your products are shipped.Shipping Costs

A $2.00 handling fee is charged per order.
$0-$50 = $7.99
$50-$100 = $8.99
$100-$150 = $9.99
$150-$200 = $10.99

We do not take orders over the internet for international destinations. However we do ship internationally, so please call our US number (415) 824-LIVE (5483) Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST, to place your order by phone. We will quote you the order subtotal and total shipping costs. All orders pay actual shipping and insurance based on UPS international rates. The customer will also pay any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes. We will calculate the shipping charge based on the weight of the package and destination. - Living Intentions is committed to 100% satisfaction. If you feel that your product does not meet this standard please contact us within 5 business days of your receiving date and so that we may promptly address this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping damages caused by shipping carriers. If your package is damaged please contact us within 5 business of your receiving date and we will have our shipping carrier service contact you for package inspection.
